I have been working for one of the BPO giants for more than three years, teaching new hire employees about Australian culture, how to achieve the neutral accent and express themselves in English that can be easily understood by native English-speakers. I have developed language training calendars, curriculums and modules to provide further assistance to our consultants who are now taking in calls. I have trained team leaders, quality assurance specialists and product trainers on how they can coach their team for communication and soft skills.

I am the go-to person for visual presentations, logos, email blasts, posters, and flyers at my present job. All of my designs were used by the team to promote events and activities for the employees.
I used to be the Editor-in-Chief and layout artist for my previous university’s school paper. I revamped the paper’s look and feel, attracting more readers for our school paper. I attended and organized writing workshops for my team, and wrote a few news/features articles. I was also the team’s layout artist.
I am proficient in using Adobe Photoshop. I have created marketing collaterals for a friend’s restaurant, designing their logo, menu, promotional posters and flyers.
I am very keen to details and hate mediocre work. Having been baptized by fire a few times during my college days and with my present job, I miss the thrill of taking on new tasks and projects.
