I have been a computer enthusiast since I was 10 years old and I'm very knowledgeable and up to date when it comes to computer hardware and software. I am also a Visual Basic programmer and have been programming since GWBASIC/Turbo Basic until Visual Basic/VS 10.
I have been in the phone customer service industry for around 8 years and I have significant experience in several methods of customer contact namely phone, email, chat and in person. I have been a relay operator in my most recent job and we were tasked to type real-time phone conversations, recordings and conferences.
I've been a billing research analyst and we handled huge company contracts. We tackle disputes and resolve them. I was also a technical support agent and we support our clients' DSL connection troubleshooting.
I am also a freelance content writer and I write articles about computer technology, dieting and weight loss and sometimes automotive.
