I just resigned from being a call center agent. It's the only job that I'm familiar with being in the outsourcing business. But I can learn fast. With the magic of technologies I think I can do pretty much everything. I'm good with customer service. I'm people oriented. I love working with people. I love learning new stuff. I've basic learning with computers though I have to admit I'm not really a savvy tech person but I'd like to believe that i know more than just the basic. But I think what I'm really confident about is my communication skills. I think more than anything one can establish him/herself with the way he/she speaks and write. It will be easy to send your message across.
