I have experienced teaching kindergarten and elementary pupils with a good result in learning.It is because 70% can understand the lessons based on my strategies in teaching.Before I will start my class on the first day, there is an orientation regarding me as a teacher and my class policies.In other
words I will imposed discipline to the pupils before I will start my class.There is a time for class, games, program, arts, and question and answer portion about science and general information. I treat my pupils equally, no favoritism.That's why they like me very much!
