I have worked under an American employer as a Listener Care Professional for a year and a half, I am excellent in multi-tasking (troubleshooting on how to activate satellite radios, research and data encoding). I have knowledge and skill on MS word, MS power point and MS excel. I have expertise in the Internet. I have strong communication skills, including proofreading, writing, and editing. As a nurse by profession I have an organizational talent and attention to detail. I have a fantastic customer service skills.
