I started working online as virtual assistant and had been lucky enough to be given the opportunity to work as project manager. As a project manager, I handle a team of 25 - 30 people which included team leads and team members from various departments. The task involves:
- Overseeing general office operation
- Setting up systems for good workflow
- Organizing documents, analyzing projects, cleaning files for assigning, creating instructions
- Recruiting, interviewing and hiring people, creating examinations for applicants
- Providing training, monitoring and checking work, evaluating performances
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Doing payrolls (includes computing employee benefits)
- Link finding and reporting
- Creating employee handbook
- Reporting to top management among other things

- Article writing
- Setting up a WordPress site, customizing features, adding contents, and configuring settings
- Editing images using Photoshop, Paint, Canva etc.
