Corporate Sales Associate - ICOMS and Advanced Customer Service CSG system

As corporate sales associates, we were tasked to close some sale within a day. We emphasized the features and benefits the customer can enjoy if they will sign up for a triple play package - cable, internet, and phone. We input codes on customer's order request for the professional technicians to install. We also upgrade the customer's services upon request. For some time, we did basic troubleshooting on their cable devices or video boxes, internet modem, and phone modem. 

Customer Service Associate - CSCentral Amazon 

As customer service associates, we were tasked to deal with customers who were calling about their most recent purchases from Upgrade to see actual info. We checked their order status, and resolved underlying issues like lost or missing packages, late delivered purchase orders, refund and return status, and even escalated issues that involved property damaged during the delivery of the package. We also walked the newly signed up customers on how to place an order online, answered textbook rental inquiries, checked for ongoing promotions, and looked for alternative products that will match the customer's preference. Above all, we deliver the best value of Amazon Prime membership. 

I'm both adept to email and phone support, as we can be re-skilled on either of the two lines of business. If we're getting high volumes of emails, we were asked to reply on those emails too. 

Virtual Assistant - Social Media Platforms, Email Marketing, Transcription, CPanel, and WordPress.

As virtual assistant, you must be well aware that you can be asked to do some tasks you're not familiar at all. You must be very flexible, and could learn things by yourself. This is just few of the many things I had learned back when I was a full time virtual assistant. 

For 5 straight years, I was working as a social media updater. I was uploading images, and links that can drive traffic to my client's websites, and can increase social media presence and audience interactions. 

I also did some image editing, and other stuffs that may relate to photo manipulation for viral internet memes. And for some time, I was asked to do some data entry stuffs, transcription of audio files and hard-copy documents. 

Not to mention, I launched WordPress sites through CPanel, maintained them day by day, done some on-page and off-page search engine optimization stuffs. Of course, article writing and spinning, and other virtual-assistant-related stuffs were also part of the job.

AirBnB Chat Support - AirBnB, VRBO, Turo, and HomeAway

As a flexible and freelance virtual assistant, I also worked as a chat support for a client with hostels that were on AirBnB, VRBO, and HomeAway platforms. Since she's in Hawaii, she also has some car rentals which are featured on Turo. These travel platforms are easy to deal with, but you have to be extra careful as sometimes you have to manually monitor the bookings, and reservations or else you might end up getting duplicate bookings in a day. I answered inquiries from travelers, provided them instructions where to find the keys for their bunkhouses, and gave them trip advisories. 

WordPress sites management - Launching of WordPress sites through CPanel 

This is a nerve wracking task, most especially if you're not an information technology associate. There were certain sites which I had tweaked pre-coded WordPress features to match the client's preference. Here are the sites which I'd launched through CPanel.
