I have been in the BPO industry for 5 years now & currently working as a team leader/supervisor for APAC Customer Services - Leyte Site. I manage 10-18 agents. I make sure they are all informed of the current updates, motivate them to hit their goals & see to it that they perform in accordance to company standards.
I know how to use MS-Word & MS-Excel.
I am also an amateur photographer in my spare time. I use mainly Adobe lightroom to edit my images & sometimes I would also use Adobe photoshop.
