Profile Description

Though I am not an expert, I have self-learned and was sent to a basic training on MS Excel. This helped me come up with statistical reports for the Team, which made my work a bit easy. With all the data given and needed to come up with reports to be made for my Manager for the whole Management Team, MS Excel was my tool to do it in 1-2 days’ time. I also use this technology for my Timekeeping and Payroll reports - checking and auditing my inputs to the system being used. The same tool is being used for salary reviews to come up with report that is submitted for approval by the company's Director.
I also use other Microsoft Office such as Word, Powerpoint and currently being trained to use Project for project management - assignment of task to staff, particularly that on training.
When tasks are given to me, I do my best to understand what is being needed to come up with the right output. I ask when there are things that are specific about the task or if there are vague items that need to be clarified. I do what I can to finish the task with all the available resources that I could get - and if there are limited resources, I ask for help from my Manager or the person needing my output.
I am a dedicated person and I give pride to my work. I would like to have a long-term/permanent job where I can grow and that would be able to sustain my family's needs.
