I have long working experience as agrarian reform program implementor in the field, as such, encountered various situations involving land reform , its problems and benefits , its effect and impact to the community. In my long line of experience, I find that rural folks still need the proper information and knowledge about real land reform. I worked as a legal officer assigned in an agricultural municipality and have conducted numerous mediations, conciliations and peace dialogues between landowners and tenants/workers involving disputes affecting their tenurial relationships. I have written various reports and recommendations on a regular basis as part of my job.
