I'm a technical support representative for 6 months in a bpo company. I worked for an anti-virus software, providing the technical support needs of their customers.
I have basic skills in programming in PHP, MySQL, HTML, Visual Basic 6 and C++.
I have also backgrounds in Microsoft Office applications, networking, Macromedia Flash, AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop. I'm willing to work hard as possible to contribute to your company's goal. I want to work full time and part time. Although I lack in experience, I still have the perseverance and the hunger to do a great job.
