Profile Description

I’ve been working for three years already in a BPO industry. For one year and two months, I’ve been with Cebu Global Teleservices as a customer service representative and sales specialist both for inbound and outbound calls. After six months in Cebu Global as an agent, I was promoted as a Team Leader. I managed a team, monitor agent's attendance and performance. I attend meetings together with the Managers, and other Team Leads. My second work was in Convergys and started as a Customer Service Associate. After six months, when I was already regularized, I was promoted as a Quality Specialist to a specific health insurance account. So I was a Q.A for about three months and afterwards I got promoted as a Team Leader. I also worked at Xlibris wherein I was an HR Recruiter for a year. After which, I transferred to ePerformax and started as a trainee. I got certified for the language training for one week, and proceed to Products Specific Training for a month. I had OJT and took calls. My account then was eBay and it was a very huge account. After three months as a trainee, I got regularized and was hired immediately as a Coach.
