I have been a Customer Service Representative for more than four years in 3 different big BPO companies in Cebu. I have experience working in a Travel Account, Financial/Banking Account, Customer Service Associate (email, phone support and chat) for a very big online store. I'm good in writing and speaking English and because of working in over 4 years as a Customer Service Representative, I am confident that I will be able to communicate well with American or English speaking customers world wide. I am familiar with all MS Office Applications.
I can work in shifting schedules even on holidays and weekends. I always use all tools that I may be able to use to be able to answer customer queries and also use the internet to research all information that I may need to be able to perform the task that will be given to me.
