Profile Description

I basically worked and started as a Customer Service Representative in a call center for 5 years. Started out as an agent then later on climbed up from Team Leader to Operations Supervisor. Currently, I am a housewife looking for a part time job online which would help me
and my husband financially. As an employee, I am very work efficient with quality, determined and patient. I was able to train people from my last job, coordinated with our New York employer, arranged meetings, done interviews for applicants, done weekly schedules, and managed 15 people in my team. Almost all kinds of tasks were given to me as a supervisor. I graduated AB Legal Management on year 2004 but ended up working on a non-law related job which made things complicated for me at first but I ended up being successful with my job and even loved it. I can learn to adapt and eager to be trained for skills or tasks that I haven't encountered from before. Work wise I am always open for criticism for these makes me stronger and able to "think outside the box."
