In my last job, which was being the Corporate Communications Manager for an advertising company, I did a lot of online writing. The bulk of my time was spent on writing website content, advertisements, newsletters and SEO. I was a Google Certified Adwords Professional at one point in my career. I did a
lot of blogging through Blogspot and Multiply. I also took charge of the company's Twitter and Facebook accounts but eventually gave it to someone else as my focus was on writing. I made sure that all the company (and clients') websites were SEO'd. For traditional marketing, I wrote content for the company brochures, flyers and other marketing materials. I have numerous articles in different topics published all over the web through blogs and other websites. Some works I sell, some are written under a company's brand.
For the transcription side, I handled one law firm in Indiana. I transcribed depositions and the daily work of the lawyers. I entered their work and time spent for each client into a program called ---------- medical transcription, I handled one family clinic and two doctors working in a hospital. Turnaround time was 24 hours for both medical and legal. Sometimes, when there are emergencies, the turnaround time is 1-3 hours.
I have 16 years combined experience for transcription, traditional marketing and online marketing.
