I am a very competitive person when it comes to my job. I work presently as a Claims Analyst of a reputable American health insurance company. Being in the Customer Service field, I can handle customer inquiries very well, giving first-call resolution for their concerns, I was also able to handle irate and depressed callers. Being a Claims Analyst, and now a Contract Specialist too,
requires good analytical skills, and accurate decision-making skills, in the sense that we analyze claims, starting from the start, how it was processed, making computations on how the claim was paid, investigating overpayment and underpayment, determining recovery amounts, and many other tasks, that signifies how I will be able to perform a customer service job very well. English fluency is also what I am proud of, cause we do handle American professionals, like healthcare providers, nurses, and doctors.
