Profile Description

I started my career in the outsourcing industry and was able to efficiently handle Technical Support, Customer Service, and Sales to US-based clients of American Express, Vonage, and AT&T. The roles required me to communicate in English, multi-task, type fast, troubleshoot/address client's concerns, and sell/upsell. I left the call center industry after 2 years, and joined the country's top operator of supermalls as a Marketing Supervisor. After 3 years of service, I was offered a more challenging career by one of the country's dominating telecommunications provider as a Business Development Officer. I was responsible in the nationwide expansion of their retail shops, and oversaw sales and operations teams in the region.
I am good in the use and manipulation of the English language for verbal and written communication. I have headed several publications as an Editor, and have contributed articles for a regional newspaper. I am also currently serving as an English Teacher for Middle School learners in the Philippines.
