If there's one thing that I've learned about myself over the years of being an employee is that multi-tasking gets me going. I like variations in work tasks.
I just started doing project management and has been learning things everyday, things that you don't learn from theories and reading books, things that you learn from practice.
My decision making skills have improved over the years I have worked, I have improved with experience.
Experience is the best teacher.
My programming experience is mostly on web development (HTML, Javascript, ASP, PHP, Ajax) and Database programming (MSSQL).
The web applications that I have developed have all received really good feedback and is serving a significant coverage of user base.
