I can work well as a Customer Service Representative. In fact, I am one. My current job includes building a site through a software. It is not writing codes (I have no talent for it) but rather, just pushing buttons. I have knowledge about Search Engine Optimization and I know that "penguin" is not just a bird that is found in the North Pole but it is also an "animal" that penalizes a lot of websites right now. I handle technical support for our thousands of "merchants" (people who purchase our software and do internet businesses) by guiding them which button to push to build their needed set-up. I am very good at multitasking. I do not just assist merchants calling in but also those that log in to chat, in which you talk to multiple people. If multitasking is not defined as talking to 7 people at the same time with different concerns about a website, then I do not know what is. Replying to e-mails is just like bursting a balloon with Edward Scissorhands' well, hands. I can communicate well in English, both written and oral. With the right information and materials laid in front of me, I see no reason why I can not answer queries or solve issues. I take jobs seriously (though I include a little play sometimes... there has to be fun at work) and I do not like incomplete projects. I see to it that the assigned task is done prior to reaching the allotted deadline. And that output has to be concrete and complete. What I have learned in the industry that I currently belong to is that customers come first so I make it a point that I please them with the resolution that I provide.
