I possess seven years of experience as a Credit and Collection and 3 years experience as a Collections Team Lead. I enjoy the variety of work the job brings each day.
As a Collections Team Lead, I currently provide a number of services for my clients, including document preparation maintaining files, and record keeping. My knowledge of a wide variety of computer programs regarding Credit and Collections tasks allows me to easily take on nearly any task I am assigned. I am a quick study and welcome challenges as well. As a detail-oriented and organized professional, I take pride in completing assignments on time and with accuracy. I can type 100 words per minute and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. I would love the opportunity to transfer these skills as your Collections Team Lead.
