Profile Description

I have been working in the customer service industry for more than six years with more than 5 years experience of working with MS Excel. I can work patiently under pressure with minimal supervision and able to complete tasks on or before the deadline. I also have experience in working with customer service (financial) and technical (Computer Hardware/Software) accounts.
Technical Experience - I have worked as a Level 2, Level 3,Back Office specialist and Supervisor for a technical account (Verizon DSL) for more than 2 years. Currently, I am working as a Technical Team Manager for HP (printers).
