I'm very proficient with Telemarketing. I worked as RETENTION AGENT in a BPO Company receiving inbound calls, with customers trying to cancel their subscription. I am trained to save these customers from cancelling. I have been a real estate virtual assistant for quite a while. It entailed outbound calls for lead prospecting, lead and agent follow up calls and tracking, data entries in our master database RealtyJuggler.com., sends follow-up emails and answers to queries, and ghost postings in Craiglist, Facebook and Twitter.
