Profile Description

I've been a secretary in a prestigious company in the Philippines where I accomplish several reports which equipped me to become efficient in any computer/secretarial jobs.
I deal with reports using programs such as Microsoft (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Lotus Applications (Wordpro, Lotus 123, Freelance, Lotus Notes) and Open Office Programs.
I can do multi-tasking and can finish a job within a short period of time.
We also have other programs used internally such as supplies requests through oracle, encoding of area measurements and generate system reports. I regularly check emails and replies to various concerns needed by the management.
I have also worked in a programming company who creates accounting software for American clients and I do software tests and documents module functionality.
With my experiences, I have developed initiative to resolve any issues encountered at work.
I can also quickly adapt to new systems and situations.
