Throughout my career, I learned many valuable skills that I have brought to my expertise.
They include:
Communications
I have good written and oral communication skills. I am adept at "asking the right questions" to build / create a right result and to ensure that everything was captured correctly. Clear and concise communication is essential for me.
Organized
I am a true believer in the importance of organized environment from workplace, environment and projects. There must always be an effort and plans on top of everything that start with small ones. I ensure I do set a goal and accomplish it at the end of the day.
Resourcefulness
In Every given tasks handled I
usually start with "What do I have?" and "What can I do of what
I have?". I ensure that all resources available are aligned towards the goal to have the best results. Having the willingness to dig around,research and come up with an answer had increased my ability to become and resourceful person which I see an exciting part to learn.
Initiative
Being an assistant will not always be just sitting around and wait for an order/ tasks to be told.
I can also bring alternative ideas for the client to consider as my main goal is to help them. To suggest some ways to improve the bottom line or stay ahead of the competition.
Computer Skills
I am able to work on Microsoft word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel.
