Profile Description

I am currently a Senior IT Service Management Analyst, but I am looking for a part-time job to help me be more productive and gain more knowledge. My line of work involves I ---------- , Change, Problem, and Request Management. I also coordinate with our IT Ops leaders and technical engineers. I handle technical bridge calls whenever there are outages and high priority i ---------- . Part of my daily routine includes email handling and management as well as ticket management, using ServiceNow as out ticketing tool. So, I have knowledge in using and navigating the ServiceNow tool. My position is more on the IT process rather than the technical side. My responsibility is to make sure that whenever there are outages, that the issue will be mitigated the soonest time possible. I am PC/Windows OS literate. I have basic knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.), and I also know how to do basic troubleshooting on desktop PCs and internet connections. I am good at data entry and I am proficient in internet browsing and web research. I also have basic knowledge in social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. I have basic knowledge in Google Docs and Google Drive. I have the know-how in using MS Outlook and MS Teams. I have had experienced working as an IT Service Desk and Technical Support. I have worked in the BPO/Customer Service setting for the past 10 years.
I have worked for US companies like Sprint, Verizon and HP. I have also worked in a BPO run by Australian clients and handled various Australian accounts, - Nespresso, Dick Smith and BHP Billiton -to name a few.
I also have vast experience in Administrative Support (Admin Assistant, Executive Assistant and Virtual Assistant), both in an office setting as well as home-based.
Providing data-entry services, is also one of my expertise. I also do back-office work, posting or social media marketing, as well as audio/video transcriptions; and other ad-hoc tasks.
