I am currently working as a Quality/ Time Monitoring Evaluator with considerable experience in transcription of data, data Entry and in English Communication.
Prior to being a Quality Evaluator, I have been a Customer Service Representative (Ecare and chat support) for more than a year. I am a quick typist. I possess strong skills at the computer keyboard with an eye toward accuracy. Being a Quality Evaluator also provided me the ability to transcribe what is heard accurately. I am dedicated and willing to work hard within a team.
