I have worked as a team lead for an offline support team in Convergys. This experience taught me to handle people in a team, as well as directly communicate with clients, and bosses from abroad. Prior to my promotion, I worked as a customer service representative handling calls for a telecommunications company (Sprint). I am very familiar with handling customer complaints, billing issues, as well as basic troubleshooting for phones. In my offline support task, I became adept with investigating customer complaints, fraud, as well as analysis of monetary adjustments applied by agents towards customer's accounts. I am very familiar with office applications such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint. As a team lead, I work under less supervision, and makes decisions whenever needed.
