Profile Description
I've been working in a government hospital as a permanent resident physician. Being a family physician in a 75 bed hospital, I see all types of patients in the outpatient department, emergency room, delivery room, manage hospitalized patients, during my tour of duty where proper documentation is a must to include the history of the patients,recording of our daily observations of the patient's progress, medications given and writing of their discharge summaries.
