As team leader I report the monthly attendance of my staff to our principal, set the staff meetings and make sure that our daily routines are going smoothly . As a Child Minder I’m responsible for implementing and creating interesting activities and programs for my group. In our daily routines I encourage, support and assist the students in our activities and most importantly provide care and ensure their safety. During my planning time, I document the children’s unit work and write about the IB profile that they have shown on a certain project. At the end of every term I have conferences with the parents informing them about their child’s advancement.
Franchisee
A Ministop is a 24 hour Convenience and fast food store, similar to 7-Eleven with a total of 10 employees (1 Manager, 2 Assistant Managers, 6 Store Crews and 1 Security Officer). After an intensive franchisee training with the Robinsons Convenience Stores, Inc. I was awarded to open a store in Manila with a starting capital of $20,000.00. I operated, managed and monitored the daily performance of the store and motivated my staff to pro- vide excellent customer service. I was also responsible for our store marketing, goods purchasing and quality assurance. When I moved to Sweden my manager took care of the day-to-day business, yet I monitored the operations overseas.

Thanks to my athletic proficiency (see other merits below) I came in contact with the owner of Eclipse, which is a fitness center that is open 24/7. There is a total of 15 employees at the center. In 2006 after the first year of my store, I helped NU Ground Level Inc. to start their fitness business in the Philippines. From processing the business permits, to scouting gym suppliers to budgeting then to pur- chasing and pricing. As the Women’s Head Coach I was focused to create proper training programs, provide excellent customer service, instruct our various gym class and handle the training of our staff. The Fitness Chick Studio wad conceived under my idea, for women who wants to workout on a private training area. I was also responsible for our marketing and public relations, which I did through joining fitness events and appearances on fitness magazines. After January 2007 I decided to move and concentrate solely on my conven- ience store and fitness competitions.
Ad Sales/Marketing Officer
As an Ad Sales Officer I researched, planned, created and designed ad packages for the various TV channels. I would then go to different advertising agencies to entice them to put ad spots on our channels and managed to become the company top seller for 2002. I also coordinated our events with other major sponsors and wrote scripts for our in-house channels and assisted in the production of our in-house programs.
