I was able to acquire contact details of high profiled clients through Linked In and online research of Top Lists of Companies and their contact details and getting in touch with them to get the specific names,job titles, email add, phone numbers of a particular criteria of assignment given to me.
I've been a call center agent for almost 5 years and has interacted with different types of people therefore enhancing my communication skills.
Computer skills such as MS Word, Ms Excel, Powerpoint, Video and Picture Editing are my computer skills.
