I worked as a call center agent and typing skills is not new to me since that job requires entering important notes and also doing documentation as part of the process.I can type 35-40 wpm with 98%-100% accuracy.I am also keen to details such important part of the documentation :that is the name and even getting correct account number and credit card number if needed.
