I have more than 3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative and Excellent Customer Service is one of my best skills. Working for more than 3 years in a fast paced environment, I learned to how multitask and remain organized at the same time. I can also say with great confidence that I have excellent command of the English language. I also worked as a QA/Code Analyst for more than 5 years. I mainly learned manual testing and we used QTest as our testing tool. I also graduated with Honors in RELA (Reed Elsevier Leadership Academy) which I consider as one of my achievements with the company. I am also trained for Yellowbelt (LEAN-Six Sigma) and had completed 2 minor projects while I was with REPH. I'm a very flexible person and I can be easily trained with new things to further develop my skills.
