I have also worked as a Remote Business Analyst for a startup PropTech based in Texas, USA where I performed macroeconomic studies, industry analyses, pitch decks, teasers, among others.

Financial and data analysis, along with forecasting, are integral parts of a finance and real estate professional's job. I am highly proficient in MS Excel, Power Query, and Power Pivot; and familiar with Power BI. I use these for both descriptive and diagnostic analysis involving large data sets.

In doing this, I employ frameworks and tools, as I deem applicable to the industry, the business, and product life cycles.

I prepared inventory planning, among others, for a Million Dollar Seller in Amazon utilizing Amazon Seller Central and other platforms. The company carries more than a thousand SKUs and utilizes both Amazon fulfillment centers and 3PL warehouses across the USA.

As a subsidiary officer, I took part in the (a) strategic and operational planning, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation; and (b) policy development of the companies assigned to me.

* I have developed two investor-grade studies utilizing ChatGPT: a complex three-phase feasibility study for a manufacturing plant and a highest and best use analysis for a 1.8-hectare prime property located in Bonifacio Global City. * I am now developing workflows to automate FP&A and the generation of special studies. * I am continuously attending bootcamps and webinars to ensure that I keep myself updated with AI developments.
