Profile Description

I have a degree in Information Technology and completed the Global Call Center Competency Program focusing on Quality Customer Service with 2 year experience in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) under International Accounts and almost 10 years experience in Hotel Industry. I have been equipped with training involving product knowledge and coaching to improve and meet International Standards.  
Now I am currently working as an International Rooms Reservations Agent under Kerzner International Group of Companies based in Dubai catering All One&Only Luxury Properties around the World. We do make reservations for properties in Cabo and Mandarina Mexico, South Africa, Australia, Maldives, Mauritius, Rwanda, Montenegro, Malaysia, and Dubai, United Arab Emirates including the iconic Atlantis Resorts in Dubai servicing 1539 hotel Rooms and Suites which is part of the Kerzner International Group of Companies. I have completed and received different certifications in relation to Hotel Customer Service like TSA “Front Desk Upselling” which I believe will help me in Sales and Promotions for Company revenue and excellence if needed.
I have been exposed to different hotel software like Opera, Galaxy, Hotsos, Respak and Microsoft Outlook, Chameleon Reservation System, Boldchat, and Avaya which makes me competitive in the field of Guest Services and Reservations. During my one year of working in Atlantis I am proud to announce that I have passed all my IFH test calls and have been awarded as one of the nominees for the legends of Atlantis for the month of January 2015. With these credentials I believe I have shown dedication and passion to my duties and responsibilities not just as an agent but a leader by example.
