I'm at my best when making a rapport to a customer. I can make them feel like they were just speaking to a friend. E-mails would be better for me so that I could construct better sentences to make them feel even better. Also, e-mails would be less time pressured so that I could explain and pour my heart out in every concerns they may have. Any concern-related jobs would be an advantage for me since I had an experience with handling irrate customers from previous jobs as a Customer Service Agent.
