process trainers we define and improve current skill levels of new and existing agents through assessments and training plans necessary as per business requirements.
Two of our major responsibilities are to make sure that product updates are properly disseminated to our employees and that we are providing on-going program support/floor support when necessary.
As a trainer I was also sent to both San Antonio, Texas and Jacksonville, Florida (USA) to be trained for process specific skills. My primary function for the business travel was to make sure that the skills and the processes are properly and consistently handed down form one batch of trainees to another
