working online, I was also a Call Center Agent for 6 years handling chat,
phone, and email support. I have the experience and skills to be a great help to the
company. I am honest, trustworthy, and hard-working. I am someone who loves
learning and is not afraid to take on new tasks. My attention to detail is
superb. My recent work role was as an Executive Assistant as well as
the Marketing Manager for an agency company in the US. I use Canva and Adobe
Photoshop on a daily basis to create email campaigns, social media posts,
flyers, banners, YouTube videos, eBooks, and many more. I also contact leads
and clients for support. I was also doing customer service, data entry, appointment
setting, WordPress development, CRM automation, building funnels, landing
pages, email marketing campaigns, daily social media posts, lead generation,
and many more. Also, I do the hiring process of the company. I created a
CRM system for the hiring process as well as posted job applications, filtered
job applicants, do interviews, and choose the candidates that will move on to
the next step of the hiring process. This greatly helped the company since we were
