Profile Description

I've been a recuritment and training coordinator last may 2010 until november 2010 and was promoted to brand management trainee or simply brand supervisor last november 2010 until june 2011. As a recruitment and training corrdinator, I am knowledgeable from end-to-end process of recruitment. My duties are the following:
• Conduct interviews, schedule applicants through phone and email, rigid screening process and documentation.
• Administer and score applicant and employee attitude, personality and interest assessment instrument, and conduct initial interview of applicants. Assess applicant’s suitability to perform job requirements and set interview with the HR/ Admin Manager and Department Head.
• Orient new employees regarding company rules and regulations, company benefits and other important memorandums. Issue employment agreement and assure that it is properly signed.
• Prepare Applicant’s Profile, Offer sheet and contracts.
• Prepare the 201 folder and update necessary documents of the newly hired employee.
• Coordinate with the newly regularized employees concerning regularization requirements and assure compliance within a reasonable time, monitor pending requirements and submit update report to Immediate Superior not later than first week of the following month.
• Prepare Personnel Action Notice and contract as confirmation of employee’s appointment.
• To systematically arrange and ensure the confidentiality of the 201 files including active and inactive employees.
• Prepare KRA forms for performance evaluation and forward to concerned immediate superior or rater and assure monthly performance evaluation of non-regular employees, as well as periodic performance evaluation of regular employees are issued and accomplished as scheduled.
• Update database monitoring; perform the other duties that maybe assign from time to time.
The company saw mg eagerness and enthusiasm to my task so when one of the profit center was in need of a brand supervisor, they gave me a chance to try some interviews, although I don't have any background on marketing, they believed in my skills and capability. So I got qualified and started being a supervisor last november 2010. As a brand supervisor, my duties are the following:
• Handles brands of specialty papers more on retail market.
• Responsible for planning, organizing, leading and controlling all activities related to the achievement of marketing objectives covering, but not limited to sales, market share, profits, image, and the quality of the products assigned.
• Responsible for the implementation and administration of the existing business development systems, sales programs and activities.
• Responsible in doing and reporting monthly sales report.
• Designing swatches of new products.
• Responsible on stock and shipment monitoring of handled brands.
• Check Status of A & P Projects and do tasks that would ensure accomplishments of such projects on time (design of collaterals, etc.)
• Conceptualize Advertising and promotional activities for each month.
• Prepare the necessary documents needed for implementation like proposals, project studies, and expense analysis, and other costing subject for approval from superior.
• Facilitate implementation of Advertising and promotional activities
• Review monthly projects and prepare documents that would reflect impact to sales, expense review, and implementation evaluation.
• Reviews stock position report at least once a month.
Apparently, I got some environmental issues in our company, I've been hospitalized due to enteric fever which I got from their food as well as got some skin rash due to dusty environment. And so, I decided to resign last june 2011. Right now, I am currently taking up my Masters degree in clinical psychology.
