I have previously worked for a call center as a Financial Advisor for Washington Mutual Bank, I handled credit card concerns, I have also worked with Experian a Credit Reporting Agency located in the United States where I answer queries about Credit Scores and Eligibility, I have also worked with an Outbound Company calling the United Kingdom informing clients who joined a raffle about a Photo Shoot wherein I had to convince them that they have won but specifically they had to pay for it and end up getting their credit card details for a studio reservation, I have also worked as A Customer Service Representative for GMAC now ALLY FINANCIAL where I answer customer queries about their Car Loans, Insurances and all that has to do with their Vehicles, Upselling is not a problem with me I can handle almost anything.
