I have been working in one of the top BPO companies in the Philippines for 4 yrs, I have had the opportunity
to work closely with one of the big telecommunications company in the US which is SPRINT handling
customer service which includes processing payment , order taking and a basic troubleshooting.and also the last account i was handling was with the travel company EXPEDIA US I was trained by Expedia to handle Airline ticketing reservations as well as making changes and cancellations was also trained to book hotel and vacation packages including car rentals. I can very well work independently although i'm also a cooperative team player who is very willing to make work fun and easy for everybody involved.
