Profile Description

I have been a teacher for 5 years and a technical support representative for almost a year.
During my teaching years, I have prepared syllabi, teaching materials using MS Powerpoint, and examinations using Adobe Acrobat.
Being part of the administration, I have also designed the TV ads and flyers or posters of the school with the use of Adobe Photoshop. I've also created and edited DVDs of the school programs using Windows Movie Maker. I was also assigned to prepared letters or requests to parents, government offices, and other non-government offices.
As a Technical Support Representative, I made use of my typing skills which is an average of 60-70 WPM. I have also made use of my communication skills which is I believe above average based on the feedback of the customers I talked to.
I work with minimal supervision and definitely try to resolve issues on my own unless in need of help. I want a job where I could help the business become successful and where I could be financially stable.
