I've been working for Convergys Company in Bacolod as a Customer Support Associate. I've been doing Internet, cable and email troubleshooting for a specific ISP. Email interface includes set up in
webmail, ms outlook, outlook express and windows live mail. We do proper documentations during the calls for quality service and evaluation. Multi-tasking is a must on this job. I can do MS office works if required. I want a stable job that can enhance my skills and be of use to the company.
