I am able to prioritize work on a daily basis and multi-task when necessary. I can handle customer complaints, answer specific questions about a company's products and services, and able to troubleshoot and solve problems for customers. As a call center agent, I have excellent verbal and written communications skills.
I am also a creative thinker, I like to explore alternative solutions to problems and have an open mind about what will work best, and because of this I am able to accomplish a lot in a limited amount of time.
