Profile Description

I have worked as a call center agent with Aegis PeopleSupport for almost 5 years and as a marketing service representative with Author Solutions for a year. Both experiences honed my customer service and communication skills.
Prior to my BPO work experience, I have worked as an Admin Assistant / Executive Secretary for more than 2 years. I was able to perfectly execute my task in providing personal / administrative support to the President and to the company. I was also responsible for conducting applicant examination and employee evaluation and the coordination of recruitment process and organization.
My 8 year work experience equipped me with professionalism, the ability to multi-task and taught me to be flexible not just with work schedules but with adapting new tools, policies and diverse environment.
