My working experience as a customer support representative and Tier II thought me on how to deal with problems and how to resolve it in a short manner of time. I' am familiar in using Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and a bit knowledge in Skype which we can use for social media marketing. I can also do basic photo and video editing, this was my part time job when i was still studying in the university. Knows how to use MS-word, excel, power point etc.
