I'm a US-licensed Registered Nurse (active New York State License) with a hybrid background in US healthcare operations and CRM automation. I'm looking for a long-term role where my clinical knowledge and technical skills can both be put to work.

For the past 4 plus years, I've worked remotely with US-based physician practices through Hello Rache (Temark International), managing patient communications, scheduling, and clinical documentation in AthenaOne and eClinicalWorks. I understand how US healthcare workflows actually function from inside the operations, not from a textbook.

Before nursing, I spent 6 years in pharmaceutical sales at Pharex Health Corporation, consistently hitting 102 to 126.9 percent of quota and earning Annual Achievers Awards in 2017, 2018, and 2021. That role taught me CRM discipline, B2B communication with physicians, and structured reporting under accountability. In the past year, I've focused on building CRM and automation systems on GoHighLevel for healthcare and service businesses. I specialize in:
