Profile Description
I was a Level I Technical Support Representative for a BPO company which dealt with DSL connection. Part of the job was guiding clients resolve their connectivity and browsing issues. As a member of the team, I was also responsible for keeping track of the scorecards of my team members.
A year later, I resigned to pursue a career in Nursing. I have just recently completed my Master's degree in Nursing Administration. I am also a part time faculty member of the top 9th performing schools in my country teaching clinics to students.
