I am an experienced Administrative Assistant for 22 years.
My job is to do administrative functions such as preparing the salary of the teachers. Coordinates and supervises the administrative service functions in a school. Supervises and coordinates budget preparation, personnel administration, general services and control functions.
Implements administrative policies and dUpgrade to see actual info on routine employee relation problems and conflicts. Prepares office orders, circulars and memorandum for the proper guidance of employees in the office as directed.
Supervises the maintenance and safekeeping of documents, records and properties.
Prepares and sign checks as the disbursing officer. Prepares communication and required reports. I'm using MS Excel and MS Word for my reports and computations in processing the salary of the teachers. I also research and use the internet regularly in finding memos and circular of the department.
