I'm currently looking for a home-base or online work. The reasons I prefer to work online are the following: First, I don't have to leave our house. Second, I don't have to travel especially on rainy days. Third, I will be able to save my time, money and effort going to work. Fourth, I will be able to enhance my skills in supervisory especially that I will be working online with minimum supervision.
My background includes serving as a customer service associate and student support within call-center and product manager in retail environments. Most recently, I worked on the construction engineering company based in Philippines as a Product Manager, where my responsibilities included handling customer orders, inventory forecasting for petroleum companies, analyzing, creating and submitting purchase orders to suppliers for both local and international, monitoring of shipment from foreign countries, releasing of orders to customers based on purchase request, creating marketing plans and providing back-up marketing assistance during busy periods.Previously, I worked with a high-volume customer-support call center for a major telecommunications carrier and a cable television services provider. In these position, I demonstrated the ability to resolve variety of issues and complaints (such as billing disputes, service interruptions or cutoffs, renewing contract issues, refunds, payment processes). I consistently met my call-volume goals, handling an average of 56 to 60 calls per day with revenue generating unit average of 20 to 25 sales call.
In addition to this experience, I gained considerable customer service skills during my employment as a student support for a Registered Training Organization based in Australia wherein I provide assistance to students and career and degree holder who currently taking a short course diploma needed in upgrading their skills and competency. I also bring to the table strong computer proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Oracle and Sales force applications.
