Three summers ago, before I went to college, I worked as a part-time freelance writer in 3 different international companies. My responsibilities were to write, edit or proofread articles, fix web content, post product reviews and transcribe. I also worked as an English tutor to foreign students via Skype. Aside from that, I also happen to contribute poems, stories and essays to our school's official publication.
After that, I went to college with a course BS Management, Major in Legal Management and obtained by degree last April 2014. I learned about Management, Marketing, Operations and Business Law in college. This year, I went to law school and I am now currently taking up Law. My writing, editing and reading skills were enhanced. I can also say that my time management and ways of handling pressure have improved because of the demands of law school.
In college, I was one of the writers of my organization's official publication called LEXICON. In law school, I was assigned to edit the layout of our official publication's literary magazine entitled PALLAS.
I am also up to date with the trends of social media. I have managed my own personal blog and have journal posts and photo blogs about fashion, food, travelling and the like.
Lastly, I also worked at a law firm as a researcher and writer. I wrote memorandum and pleadings.
Right now, I have a 2 month vacation and I am really looking forward to finding a job which will help me utilize my skills in reading, writing, editing and proof reading.
“For years, I maxed out my hours, got burnt out, and the quality of my work would start to go down. I decided to take the leap, hire correctly, and now it frees up my time to focus on growing the business.”
